Meet Lymphy Groove Pad, the modern care for lymphedema and fibrosis. The Lymphy Groove Pad was developed alongside practicing lymphedema therapists to elevate patient comfort and improve outcomes. Intended to be used under the guidance of a trained fitter or clinician, these products are suitable for use in areas where you may experience swelling, firmness, heaviness, or discomfort and typically worn in conjunction with compression garments.

Wash the Lymphy Groove Pad before first use. Rinse with warm water and add a few drops of fragrance-free, oil-free cleanser. Massage gently, then rinse thoroughly. Wrap in a towel (travel towel included) and press to remove excess water.
