Return and Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns - General Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your item(s).
To be eligible for a return:
-Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in new condition
-All original tags must be attached
-Items must be returned in their original packaging, where applicable
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, customers are welcome to return eligible items in-store at no cost. Please call us at 905-454-5710 or email us at orders@diannesmastectomy.com if you would like to arrange an in-store return.
Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
Final Sale and Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, fit, and reimbursement reasons, the following items are final sale and not eligible for refund or refund:
-All gusseted items, including mastectomy swimsuits and underwear
-Prescription compression arm sleeves, as these are ordered to fit
-Prescription compression stockings, as these are ordered to fit
-Silicone breast prostheses once your government reimbursement application has been submitted. Therefore, please ensure that you are satisfied with the fit and selection of your breast prostheses before proceeding with reimbursement paperwork.
Refund Process
Please email us at orders@diannesmastetomy.com to request your refund to start the refund process. We will respond within 24 hours during business days of Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm.
Once an eligible return is received, and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
If you require a different size or style for an eligible items, please contact us by email at orders@diannesmastectomy.com or by phone at 905-454-5710. We are open Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
