How to Measure Your Bra Size

Finding Your Band Size

Step 1: In inches, measure underneath your breast(s). If you do not have any breasts, measure the area where your bra band would sit.
Step 2: Start from the centre of your chest and measure fully around your body, meeting back to the centre of your chest again.
Step 3: If you get an even number, add 4 inches to get your bra band size. If you get an odd number, add 5 inches to get your bra band size.

For example:
1) Even Number: 34″ + 4″ = 38″. This is a size 38 bra band size.
2) Odd Number: 35″ + 5″ = 40″. This is a size 40 bra band size.

Finding Your Cup Size

Step 1: Measure in inches, starting from the centre of your chest, going over the fullest part of your breast and measure fully around your body to your spine.
Step 2: Double this measurement. (example,
19″ measurement x 2 = 38″)
Step 3: The difference in inches between your bra band measurement and your cup measurement identifies your cup size.

If your cup measurement is:
The same as the bra band size = AA Cup
1″ larger than the bra size = A cup
2″ larger than the bra size = B cup
3″ larger than the bra size = C cup
4″ larger than the bra size = D cup
5″ larger than the bra size = DD/E cup
