How to Donate
Thank You
Thank you for your generous offer to donate your mastectomy supplies to help women in need. Your gift is a unique and deeply personal as it is a direct connection another woman who is going through her own cancer journey. These items carry a meaning far beyond the physical, they provide comfort, dignity, and hope.
About Our Program
All donated supplies are sent to developing countries, where post-mastectomy care options are otherwise unavailable. For the women who receive these items, the challenge is not financial cost, but access. Our program helps bridge this gap, offering a life-changing opportunity to restore visual symmetry and one's sense of self after surgery. In the regions that we support, breast cancer carries a significant stigma. Many women often choose not to have surgery because there is nothing available after. Your donations make it possible to have items after surgery. The ability to wear a prosthesis with a pocketed mastectomy can make the difference in whether a woman chooses to have surgery or not and helps her to feel she can face her community with confidence and personal privacy.
Items We Accept
We send post-mastectomy related items. This includes: pocketed mastectomy bras, breast prostheses (silicone, recovery, etc.), pocketed mastectomy clothing and swimsuits, wigs, mastectomy recovery items (pillows, drain management pouches, etc.), and compression arm sleeves and stockings. Should you have other relevant medical supplies, please check with us first before sending by emailing us using the form below.
We only send items that are in useable condition. Meaning, we do not send broken breast prostheses or stained/ripped bras. A good way to tell if your items are in good enough condition to be donated is to ask yourself, "Would I be okay receiving this item?" In terms of checking if your silicone breast prosthesis is in fair condition, look to see if it has air bubbles (a sign silicone is breaking down and will soon break), if the outer "skin" is pulling away, or if it is split open. If you notice any of the aforementioned, your breast prosthesis is not in a condition that we will pass onwards.
How We Deliver
We ensure that your donations are placed directly into the hands of women who need them most. This is done through trusted local village hospitals and grassroots support groups that understand the unique needs of their communities. By working closely with these partners, we make certain that every donation makes a direct, personal impact.
See the Impact
We believe in showing you the difference that your generosity makes. Photos from past donations, as well as updates from ongoing initiatives, are shared on our website in the Donation Photo Gallery (found in the drop-down menu of our Donation section) and on our Facebook and Instagram pages. These images capture the real faces and stories of women whose lives have been touched by your support.Â

Essential Shipping Instructions
Please note that we cannot accept the parcel if it is COD or must be paid for upon delivery because we are not a charity or have charitable funding. We are a small business that runs this donation program as an aside to help women in need. As a result we are also unable to provide charitable tax receipts. We are simply a conduit for the donated items to give them a second life rather than simply discarding them. That also means that donations will be shipped at your own cost. If shipping from outside of Canada, please write "Humanitarian Donations" in the parcel's contents description with an estimated value under $10 or we may be charged to receive the parcel and therefore cannot accept it. Although the items have no actual dollar value as they are gently used and are being donated, and therefore have no actual dollar value, the postage service requires a declared dollar value and so we put under $10 to ensure that there are no tariffs or fees associated with the parcel based on a high dollar value. Please do not ship with couriers as they often add import charges to parcels and require Canadian parcel brokers. As such, we cannot cover these financially costs and therefore this will result in your parcel's return.
We pack everything very compactly when we ship overseas so we can make the most of each shipment, therefore we do not include original packaging such as prosthesis boxes or cases. Please feel free to pack your items tightly and discard original packaging when shipping to us as it will help lower your shipping costs as well.Â
